How long does it take to design and develop a website?

Our website builds typically take between 4-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the site.

How much does a website design cost?

Our website design services are offered through monthly packages accompanied by a one-time setup fee. Costs vary based on the specific requirements, features, and functionalities needed for your website.  We will need to discuss your requirements prior to providing a quote.

Do you offer e-commerce website design?

While we do not design online stores strictly for product sales, we do offer secure e-commerce capabilities for service-oriented companies to seamlessly take payments via their websites.  

Typically, we provide e-commerce functionalities for features like upfront payments, appointment scheduling, event registrations, memberships and digital products and resources.  Our clients do have the opportunity to operate small online stores within their websites to sell limited merchandise, such as branded shirts, books, mugs, and other related items. 

Additionally, the security of these transactions is a priority for us. All the websites we design are reinforced with SSL certificates. Having an SSL certificate is crucial for e-commerce, as it encrypts the data transfer between a user’s browser and the website, ensuring that personal information and credit card details remain confidential and safe from potential breaches. This not only protects your clients’ sensitive information but also enhances trust, as visitors are more likely to engage in transactions on a secure platform.  

Will I be able to update the website content myself?

Yes, you will be able to update the website content yourself. After your website launches, we will provide a one-hour training session to guide you on how to do minor updates to the website. This includes updating text and photos, managing software updates, and adding users. Our aim is to equip you with enough knowledge to make essential changes without complications and provide you with the independence to make quick updates if needed.  

Additionally, we provide support for at least a week after the launch to address any minor hiccups related to the website build.  

If you’d prefer a hands-off approach, we also offer website maintenance services. This option is perfect for those who wish to concentrate on their business and ensure their website is continuously updated and maintained to the highest standards. 

Why shouldn't I use a platform like Wix or Squarespace for my website?
